Finding Photos Online

Q: How long will photos be available on-line?
A: We guarantee photos to be available on-line for 30 days.

Q: How do I find my photos online?
A: To find your photo follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Find my Action Photo" image on the home page
  2. Choose the year you would like to view photos from
  3. Choose which sport you would like to view photos from
  4. Choose whether your event was a Tournament or Season Game
  5. Choose your event from the list
  6. Once you are at your event look through the different lists to find your team or competition

Ordering Photos Online

Q: Can I order photos on-line?
A: Yes, photos will be available on-line. However they will be at a higher cost and you will have to pay shipping and handling.

Q: I already have my image numbers, how do I order them?
A: Follow the steps in How do I find my photos online. Once you have found your event click on 'I Know My Image Number' and enter in the six-digit number. Click on 'Add to Favorites' and now you can order that photo.

Q: How do I order a photo I like?
A: Once you find a photo you like click on it to enlarge it and then click the 'Add to Favorites' button.

Q: Where did the photos in 'My Favorites' go from my last order?
A: Our current 'My Favorites' system only stores your photos from the current session. This means that once you close your browser or go idle (stop browsing) for a long period of time your photos will be emptied out of your favorites.

If you wish to keep track of your favorite photos choose 'View Favorites' and print a copy of the page. Then, note which event they came from. Later on when you want to order them you can find that event and use the 'I know My Image Number' button (see: I already have my image numbers, how do I order them?)to enter in the six-digit number below the photo without having to browse through all of the photos from that event

We are currently working on a new system that will allow you to save your favorite photos indefinitely without them disappearing when you close your browser or go idle for a long period of time.

Q: How long will it take to get my product if I order on-line?
A: When ordering on-line you can expect to receive your products in 5 to 7 business days.

Photo Production and Customer Service

Q: Do you have photo disks/CD?
A: Yes, photo CDs are availible for purchase, however the photos are restricted to one athlete or family per photo CD.

Q: What if I don’t like my product?
A: We guarantee all of our products to meet your satisfaction. In the event that we can not produce a satisfactory photo with the images that you selected we will allow you to exchange the photo for another, or you can return the product for a full refund.

Q: Will you move the photo over, or make it closer?
A: Yes, we crop and zoom every photo that we produce.

Q: Why wasn’t my child’s photo taken?
A: We do our best to get a photo of everyone. However, if you would like to make sure that we get a photograph of your child please fill out a photo request card during the event.
