Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time dressed are ready for photos.  Our preference of course is contact-less online ordering, but if you did not place your order online or bring a printed form and check, then please allow a couple extra minutes to fill out a form and place your order with a BOT staff member.

Players should arrive in full uniform but without hats or cleats.  Bring your GLOVE OR BAT if you have one.

Bring both siblings to one of the team’s photo times for their photo together.  We offer a great Sibling package, or order this shot with à la carte products.  When placing your sibling order, only list the team where we are taking the photo – not both.

Photos will be delivered to your coach or team manager.  They will be notified to pickup and distribute.  When ordering on-line you have the options to have your photos shipped (there is a fee depending on what you order) or pick-up for free at the BOT Studio.  Typical completion is 10 to 15 weekdays from the last day of your clubs photo shoot.
