Do you know now that you can’t make photo night? Then EARLY MAKE-UP is scheduled for September 6th at Best of Times Photography from 5:00 pm to 6:30.

Make-Up Times

Can’t make your assigned team time? All make-up photos happen BEFORE the photo day on Wednesday September 6th at Best of Times Photography from 5:00 to 6:30pm.

If your athlete is quarantining for COVID exposure, we totally understand your situation and would like to provide you with a simple reschedule date when you are ready. Please contact us right away so we know to leave a space for your player in the group photo.

There is no additional charges for either of these services. Thanks! BOT

At the Shoot

Players and coaches will be photographed during their scheduled photo time in the warming house at Lewis & Clark Elementary School. Do not leave until you have had a photo taken.
Coaches have your Dynasty Athletics shirt on and ready to be photographed when you step in line with your team.
Please have your athlete in attendance regardless whether you’re ordering or not! We’d love a photo of each athlete and coach to create a complete group photo for this season!
Our preference is contact-less online ordering. Use the link above to place your photo order securely with a credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by check, download the printable form and place your form and check in an envelope. Print your athlete’s name and team on the outside.

Sibling Photos

Sibling photos can be taken with the latest team on the schedule for your family. Bring all players to that photo time and stand in line with their sibling.
Can’t get them all together? For a tiny $3 just check the Photoshop box in the sibling package and we will put them all together. It’s that easy!
Sibling Photo Packages are a must! Choose from our two sibling packages to order your prints, and digital photos are available to add to a package as well. Sibling photos are no longer available à la carte.
If there is a sibling not playing this sport but you would like them in the photo (.i.e., gymnastics sister), then we will take their photo alongside your player. Talk to a BOT staff member for more information.

Photo Delivery

Place your order before photo day, and your photos will be delivered through your coach or team manager. They will be notified when to pickup and distribute by the club.
Although when ordering on-line, you have three options: Deliver with Team, Ship by USPS (shipping fees will apply) or Pick-Up for free at the BOT Studio.
After photo day, all late orders will be Shipped by USPS OR available for free Pick-Up at BOT.
